Meet your therapist, Erin Fox

I am an empathetic, warm, and genuine art therapist who uses a person-centered approach to meet clients where they're at. I address each client with a unique outlook tailored to their goals and needs. Together, we will collaborate in creating a virtual therapeutic space and plan of action. I will guide you through your own creative development and growth as we explore your needs and how to acquire them. Sessions are structured in accordance to your comfort, which may change over time. Art making is always welcome and encouraged in sessions, however it is never required.

I have worked with a range of age groups, focusing on teens and adults from a variety of contexts. I implement tools such as mindfulness, parts work, and somatic work to help my clients grow self-worth, traverse difficult transitions, navigate grief, improve communication, alleviate anxiety, reframe maladaptive thought patterns, and develop positive coping skills. I recognize the importance of playfulness and exploration in growth and am passionate about narrative therapy and storytelling. As an art therapist, I believe everyone has their own unique creative ability to heal and grow and I endeavor to help my clients find their own power to do so.

I strive to uphold a safe, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming therapeutic space within a nurturing and non-judgmental environment. I am forever growing within this space and dedicated to continuing learning.
